Pleased to inform you that the UTM Psychological & Counseling Services Center has fully implemented an online session application system to facilitate access to counseling services for all university members through the PsyCare System, which can be accessed via the MyUTM Portal.

For those who wish to apply for a session, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Log in to the MyUTM Portal.
2️⃣ For staff, select PsyCare under the Working at UTM menu; for students, select PsyCare under the Campus Life menu.
3️⃣ Click on the Counseling menu at the top.
4️⃣ Select the preferred date and session slot.
5️⃣ Submit your application and wait for admin confirmation via email.
